How long does it take to repair an iPhone?
A display replacement takes about 90 minutes on average, a battery replacement even less. Most iPhone repairs are ready the same day, because parts for the most popular models are already in our warehouse.
What parts do you use for iPhones?
Original Apple parts are always available and they are generally what we recommend. After the repair, will my iPhone say the part isn't from Apple?
On some recent iPhones, the settings may show that a component is not an original Apple part: it is an informational notice and the part works normally. We explain this before the repair, and if you prefer we fit the original Apple part.
Will I lose my data when you repair my iPhone?
With display, battery, camera and charging port repairs, your data stays on the phone. For board or software work we recommend a backup and, if needed, we do it for you.
Do you also repair the iPhone 17 and iPhone 18?
Yes: we repair every iPhone from iPhone 11 to the latest models, including iPhone 17, iPhone Air and iPhone 18, as well as iPhone SE and earlier models.
